Discover step-by-step how to make a satisfying, full Italian meal from
appetizers to dessert, including the art of making pasta fresca. Learn to
create such pastas as ravioli, trofie, gnocchi in this, hands-on
pasta-making adventure. After you prepare your pasta, our chefs will use
it to prepare tantalizing sauces such as fresh basil pesto, and other
sauces.
Recipes vary according to the
season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available and providing

and travel to Villa Elvira to meet the staff.
10:30 Begin instruction,
highlighting the history of Italian cooking and presenting the day's menu.

13:30 Enjoy the fruits of
your labor! Eat the epic feast that you just created complemented by some
fine wines.
15:00 Return to your hotel
