Classes - Villa Elvira
Enjoy a
three hours hands-on cooking where you will make fresh dough for
pasta and bread, local sauces (pesto, salsa di noci etc.) learn about
fish, meat and vegetables, and create fresh and delicate pastry.
We are specialized in small,
from 2 to 10 people each, to create a truly "personal" and
behind-the scenes-experience.
The school
runs all year and all classes are taught in english and italian, and every
day features a different menu.
A half day
escorted tour is an option you can choose to enrich your italian
experience.You can also
choose a visit to the local market or cheesemaker and artisan oil
producer.
